1.5.0: Manage Your Plan Inside LogTide

A feature release that brings billing into the app. Owners and admins see their plan, subscribe, switch plan, cancel, update their card and download invoices from Settings, with the payment form embedded in the page. Self-hosted instances are unchanged.

A feature release that brings billing into the LogTide app. On LogTide Cloud you no longer leave the app to buy, change or manage a plan: everything happens in Settings > Billing & Usage > Billing, in the same design as the rest of LogTide. The card form is provided by Stripe and embedded in the page, so card data never touches LogTide’s servers.

Added

  • Billing page: owners and admins see the current plan with its status, renewal date and saved card, plus this month’s combined usage of logs, traces and metrics. Members do not see billing
  • Embedded checkout: subscribe to Pro or Pro Plus, monthly or annual, with Stripe’s payment form inside the page. Updating the card works the same way
  • Plan changes with a preview: switching plan or billing period shows what you pay today before you confirm. When your bank needs to confirm a payment, the page links straight to the invoice
  • Cancel and resume: cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the Free limits apply. You can resume any time before that date
  • Invoice history: every invoice with a link to its hosted page and its PDF
  • VAT display: a Personal/Business switch and a country selector show prices with your country’s standard VAT included (EU consumers) or excluded, with the same rates as the pricing page. The exact tax is still calculated at checkout from your billing address
  • For self-hosters: the page appears only when LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_URL and LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_TOKEN point at a billing service. The hosting guide documents the HTTP contract. Without them nothing changes and Stripe.js is never loaded
